If you were expecting Google to rock the boat with more aggressive pricing for its forthcoming Pixel 10 range, get ready for some disappointment. Details from a reputable and established leaker suggest that Pixel 10 handsets will come in at the same prices as the Pixel 9 range at least in Europe. This trend provides us with a solid foundation to make the India price estimates also, where Google typically follows the same pricing pattern with minor currency conversion differences.

Google Pixel 10 Series Pricing
Based on the leaked information, Google is choosing to hold steady on pricing across the Pixel 10 lineup. This might sound like good news amid global inflation, but for many hoping for more affordable flagship phones, it's a missed opportunity. Here’s how the leaked
European prices translate for Indian buyers:
Google Pixel 10 (128GB) – €899 (~₹81,000)
Google Pixel 10 Pro (128GB) – €1,099 (~₹99,000)
Google Pixel 10 Pro XL (256GB) – €1,299 (~₹1,17,000)
Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold (256GB) – €1,899 (~₹1,71,000)
This aligns closely with the pricing of the Pixel 9 series, which launched in a similar range. For Indian customers, this means no price hikes, but also no relief in terms of affordability.
Pixel 10 Pro XL Begins at Higher Storage, Pixel Fold Gains 1TB Option
While prices remain flat, Google is quietly tweaking the Pixel 10 series' configuration. The Pixel 10 Pro XL, for example, no longer has a 128GB model it begins now at 256GB, effectively increasing its launch price. The change might be designed to lift average selling price and provide by-default storage to customers who require more by making it the baseline.
Then again, Google appears to be gunning for the power users with the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, which has a new 1TB variant now. This storage increase would probably be for productivity-intensive users or content creators who like to have huges amounts of onboard storage. But this also means that Pixel Fold prices might go even higher than the ₹1.7 lakh mark if the 1TB variant is introduced in India.
Pixel Buds 2a Could Get a Price Hike as Well
While the Pixel phones are maintaining the conventional prices, Google can increase prices on the audio side. The next Pixel Buds 2a are tipped to cost €149 (~₹13,400), which is significantly more than the earlier Pixel Buds A-Series launched at €109. This hike could be due to hardware upgrades or better features, but will reach the wallets of buyers as well.
Indian Launch Timeline and Expectations
Although Google India hasn’t made any official announcements regarding the Pixel 10 series launch, the leak strongly suggests that pricing in India will mirror the European rates just as it did with previous generations. If Google follows its usual release calendar, we can expect the Pixel 10 series to debut in India in the latter half of 2025, likely around September or October.
Ultimately, Google's approach with the Pixel 10 series appears to be one of keeping things as they are neither increasing prices nor decreasing them. Although the hardware promises substantial improvements and the storage configurations provide greater convenience, Indian consumers should not hope for affordable Pixel flagships this year either. If the leaked details are true, the Pixel 10 series will cost between ₹80,000 for the entry-level device to ₹1.71 lakh for the Fold variant, leaving very little for affordability but plenty for premium-loving Android enthusiasts.
