Google is all geared up to launch its Pixel 10 series at the forthcoming Made by Google event on August 20, 2025. The launch will introduce four new smartphones the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Only days from the event, fresh leaked renders emerged online, treating fans to an in-depth view of the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL's design and color options. Though the design appears much like that of the Pixel 9 line, the new models feature slight improvements, and the lineup should arrive with Android 16 and Google's latest Tensor G5 chipset.

New images posted by tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) on X (formerly Twitter) have uncovered the new smartphones in several different color options. The Pixel 10 appears in four different colors Obsidian (Black), Frost (Gray), Limoncello (Yellow), and Indigo (Blue). The Pixel 10 Pro, however, appears in Obsidian (Black), Porcelain (White), and Moonstone (Gray). The larger Pixel 10 Pro XL receives all these colours plus a special Jade Green version that includes a brass-like finish around the edges and a striking camera bar design. The Jade version distinguishes the Pro XL in appearance and high-end appeal.
The design specifications indicate that Pixel 10 will feature a hole-punch screen, curved edges, and an expanded rear camera visor than its last outing. Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL have a pill-shaped vertical camera island to accommodate three sensors and are paired with glossy finishes to make the phones feel more premium. The Jade color of the Pixel 10 Pro XL, in specific, comes with a flat screen, brass-like side rails, and a unique rear appearance that makes it more dramatic.
At the hardware level, Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro are set to have 6.3-inch AMOLED screens, and the Pixel 10 Pro XL may have a bigger 6.8-inch AMOLED screen. The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is also rumored, though the design and specs are not known yet. With these dimensions, Google is definitely catering to people who like small phones as well as those who desire big-screen flagships.
Under the hood, all of the models should be run by the new Tensor G5 chipset, which should deliver improved performance, AI features, and power efficiency. The phones will also launch with Android 16 out-of-the-box, putting them among the first smartphones to ship with the newest version of Android. This places them alongside Samsung's next Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7, both of which will also be launching with Android 16. Expect a plethora of new features such as more advanced AI integration, improved customization, and improved multitasking functions.
As for the cameras, Google is again focusing on its cameras. The leaked renders ensure that all three Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL models will have a triple rear camera setup. The Pixel 10 Pro and Pro XL are also likely to have a periscope telephoto lens for enhanced zooming abilities. With the Tensor G5 capabilities, Google is poised to drive computational photography, quicker night photography, superior portrait photos, and AI-powered video capture.
Pricing information has also emerged, and it seems to be hinting at premium positioning for the Pixel 10 family. The Pixel 10 would likely begin at $799 (approximately ₹70,000). The Pixel 10 Pro may retail between $999 (approximately ₹87,500), while the Pixel 10 Pro XL is speculated to be priced at $1,199 (approximately ₹1,05,000). This positioning places the Pixel 10 series head-to-head with the Samsung Galaxy S25 series, iPhone 16 series, and the OnePlus 13 series, all of which are leaders in the premium smartphone segment.
Besides smartphones, the August 20 Made by Google event is also anticipated to bring out the Pixel Watch 4 and the Pixel Buds 2a wireless earbuds. The fresh smartwatch will probably include enhanced health features and better integration with Google services, while the Pixel Buds 2a may provide enhanced sound quality as well as AI-driven smart capabilities.
Overall, the Google Pixel 10 series is one of the most notable smartphone releases of 2025. Refined looks, the strength of the Tensor G5 processor, the current Android 16 operating system, and improved camera systems make the Pixel 10 series look like a contender for the flagship segment. With the August 20 release date nearing, further information regarding the Pixel 10 Pro Fold and other products is soon to be revealed.
