In the wake of the first leaks about the handset that emerged in early 2023, a recent report by the reliable leaker, Digital Chat Station, indicates that the phone is now in the process of undergoing prototype testing. The recent news seems to indicate that the company is working on a new flagship phone with cutting-edge chipsets, a high-quality screen, and a state-of-the-art cooling system suitable for gaming.

iQOO 16T Could Feature Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6

Based on recent leaks, the iQOO 16T is currently being tested using Qualcomm’s next-generation SM8950 processor chip that will likely go by the name Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6. As per previous leaks, there were reports that iQOO would not be releasing an ultra version for this year because of rising costs of memory components. Therefore, it can be assumed that the normal iQOO 16 will be the flagship device for the brand and the 16T will be its competitor.

Will the iQOO 16T Launch in India?

Currently, there are no official details about the release schedule and availability of the iQOO 16T in the market.
