Microsoft Outlook Down as Outage Reports Cross 35,000 Users

Problems are faced by the users of Microsoft Outlook, and there is an apparent increase in the number of complaints about the possible outage of the email service. There were thousands of complaints registered at Downdetector, and one of the features that seems to be most affected is receiving emails.

At about 9:06 a.m. PT, there were already more than 3,000 complaints of users who could not receive their messages through the Microsoft Outlook email service.

It is worth noting that despite the increasing number of complaints, the official Microsoft status page claims that all the products by the company are up and running without any disruptions at this point in time.

The number of user complaints grew consistently during the morning hours. Over 7,000 people had reported issues with Outlook by 9:16 a.m. PT.

The problem seems to be even more extensive, as more than 13,000 reports were submitted by 9:32 a.m., according to Downdetector. It indicates that there is a growing list of users affected by the problem. As of 10:35 a.m. PT, there have been over 35,000 complaints, which means that the disruption is much more extensive than what the first reports indicated.

Microsoft hasn't provided a complete statement on the issue yet. People who are having troubles with the service might consider waiting until the issue gets resolved while the company investigates the problem.
