Apple has updated its range of small-form-factor desktops with the release of the Mac mini and Mac Studio, equipping them with its most advanced silicon, better graphics performance and artificial intelligence features for use by consumers from various segments. Mac mini Gets M6 and M5 Pro Options

There are now two types of chips to choose from in the new Mac mini. While one will be geared towards providing a balanced performance for everyone else, the other will provide a much more professional option for individuals in need of that.

In the standard Mac mini comes the M6 chip from Apple while the advanced version has the M5 Pro. The M6 chip version of the Mac mini comes with a 12-core CPU and a 12-core GPU.
