Vivo has officially launched the Vivo X300 E in China, introducing a new addition to its flagship X300 series. The smartphone features a 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, a 50MP triple-camera setup, a massive 7,200mAh battery with 90W fast charging, and a premium metal frame. Here's everything you need to know about Vivo's latest flagship.

With the announcement of Vivo X300 E phone model, Vivo has officially added its range of flagship devices under the brand name of Vivo X300. The new addition of 'E' series is a first in the company’s history, and the smartphone was released after weeks of leaks and rumors about the upcoming device. The smartphone is now up for pre-order purchases in China and will hit its first sale on July 27. Despite the absence of official information regarding its price tag and complete technical specifications, some reliable sources managed to disclose details about the device.
Vivo X300 E seems to be aimed at customers who need flagship capabilities, large display size, and huge battery capacity but do not want to spend much money on that.
Vivo X300 E Gets a Completely New Design
In contrast to its predecessors, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, the upcoming Vivo X300 E is expected to have a rather distinctive approach to design. While the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro come equipped with the brand's trademark circular camera module centrally located at the back side of the device, the Vivo X300 E features a square camera island situated at the top left of the rear side of the phone and giving the device a fresh and modern look reminiscent of design of such models as Redmi Note 17 Pro.
The square camera island includes three cameras, and despite being packed with a huge battery, the phone looks elegant and streamlined. It has been revealed that there will be three color options for the model: Black, White, and Orange.
Large 6.59-inch AMOLED Display
As indicated in the specifications, the Vivo X300 E is expected to have a screen size of 6.59 inches compared to the 6.31 inches in the Vivo X300 FE. The larger screen size is anticipated to attract people who often watch movies, socialize through social media, play games, and do multitasking during the day.
Although the company has not specified more about the refresh rate, the presence of the AMOLED display and 1.5K resolution indicates the richness in colour display and quality viewing experience.
Flagship Performance
The Vivo X300 E will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip from Qualcomm, which is said to have been used in the Vivo X300 FE. This powerful chip is set to perform well in gaming, artificial intelligence, image processing, and multitasking.
Whatever task the user wants to perform, whether video editing, playing high-performance games, or running multiple apps, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 will perform smoothly.
Triple Rear Cameras with Periscope Zoom
Photography is another area where the Vivo X300 E aims to impress. Leaks suggest the smartphone will feature a versatile triple-camera system consisting of:
50MP primary camera
50MP periscope telephoto camera
8MP ultra-wide camera
For selfies and video calls, Vivo is expected to include a 50MP front-facing camera, continuing the company's strong focus on mobile photography.
The inclusion of a dedicated periscope telephoto sensor should offer improved long-range zoom capabilities while maintaining image quality, making the phone suitable for both casual users and photography enthusiasts.
Massive 7,200mAh Battery with 90W Fast Charging
One of the most outstanding features of the Vivo X300 E is the huge 7,200mAh battery, which is among the biggest batteries ever used in an advanced mobile phone.
Vivo has officially announced the capacity of the battery that is much bigger compared to the 6,500mAh battery in the Vivo X300 FE smartphone. However, despite the huge battery, the smartphone will be very slim measuring just 7.99 mm in thickness and weighing about 203 grams.
The battery will have 90W fast charging technology enabling you to charge your phone in no time.
Premium Build and Additional Features
More leaks have revealed that the Vivo X300 E would come with a metal frame that gives the phone a luxurious feel when held. It is also speculated that the phone would come equipped with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor which provides a quicker and more reliable unlocking mechanism than the optical sensors.
In addition to all of this, the phone seems to be very well balanced for the users.
Vivo X300 E vs Vivo X300 FE
The Vivo X300 E appears to bridge the gap between the compact Vivo X300 FE and the more premium Vivo X300 Pro.
Compared to the X300 FE, the new model offers:
Larger 6.59-inch AMOLED display
Bigger 7,200mAh battery
Similar Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor
Comparable flagship camera setup
Slightly larger overall form factor
For users who found the X300 FE too compact, the X300 E could become the more practical choice without requiring the significantly higher investment needed for the Vivo X300 Pro.
India Launch Remains Uncertain
At present, there have been no plans from Vivo to release the Vivo X300 E in India. Currently, the smartphone is available only in China, and it will go into sales in the country starting from July 27.
Having said that, given the increasing popularity of smartphones equipped with higher capacity batteries and high-end specifications, the company might even consider launching this smartphone in other countries too by the end of the year.
In case the smartphone gets released worldwide, the pricing is likely to be placed between the Vivo X300 FE and the Vivo X300 Pro.
It would seem that the Vivo X300 E is a potential competitor among other flagships of Vivo, which can attract those users who attach importance to battery life, a larger screen, and performance of top-notch level. Its distinctive feature would be represented by such elements as the 6.59-inch 1.5K AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, 50MP triple camera, and a huge 7,200mAh battery with 90W fast charging.
It cannot be said yet whether the product will have high prices and be available worldwide. However, it seems that everything necessary to make the device one of the best premium smartphones of 2026 is already present there. Potential buyers can expect the official announcement of the pricing quite soon.
