Xiaomi is preparing for one of its largest smartphone releases of the year, as the firm has announced officially that Xiaomi 17, Xiaomi 17 Pro, and Xiaomi 17 Pro Max will be launched later this month. The new flagship series has already been the target of countless leaks, and the anticipation only appears to be getting stronger by the day. In the past 24 hours alone, we’ve seen camera details of the Xiaomi 17 Pro surface online, followed by the device’s appearance on the Geekbench database further solidifying its existence and performance capabilities.

To add to the hype, an advertisement video for the Xiaomi 17 Pro has leaked on X (formerly Twitter) courtesy of trusted leaker Ice Universe. The video establishes some of the most eagerly awaited features, such as the widely speculated rear display. The second screen is likely to be a defining characteristic of the Xiaomi 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max, setting them apart from the base-level Xiaomi 17, which, according to reports, will not have it.
