Instacart is experiencing another widespread outage, with over 1,800 users reporting app, ordering, and checkout issues on the second consecutive day of service disruptions.
It looks like Instacart might be experiencing yet another major service outage as hundreds of users have already complained about trouble accessing their grocery delivery app on the second consecutive day. This new set of complaints has caused some concerns among the users who use this app to order groceries and household supplies in the United States and Canada.
Based on the complaints from the users, the latest service outage seems to have started on Friday morning, with the monitoring site Downdetector registering a sudden increase in the number of complaints. As per 11:30 a.m., there were already more than 1,800 users who had complained of troubles with Instacart app.
Instacart Users Facing App and Checkout Issues
The majority of complaints seem to be arising due to problems with the Instacart mobile app. Customers complain that the app does not function properly and does not allow them to finish grocery shopping via it.
Apart from these complaints about the mobile application, there are also a number of customers who claim that they are experiencing some problems when ordering or making payments. Some customers cannot finish purchasing, while others experience delay or other errors when paying for their purchases. This may become a problem for customers who use the delivery option.
