The next-generation iQOO Z11 looks set to emerge as one of the most intriguing devices within the sub-Rs 30,000 price segment. Following its global unveiling in Malaysia earlier this month and the subsequent launch in China in March, the device is now believed to be making its way to India. As per industry insider Abhishek Yadav, iQOO plans to roll out the iQOO Z11 in India during the mid-June timeframe, where it would come with aggressive pricing below Rs 30,000.

Based on the leaked information, it appears that iQOO has concentrated greatly on the battery performance, screen display, and gaming capabilities of the device. If the pricing leak proves to be true, then the smartphone could emerge as one of the best-equipped devices available at such prices.
iQOO Z11 India Launch Timeline Tipped
As per the latest leak, the iQOO Z11 could be unveiled in India somewhere around June 15th. Although there is no official confirmation about the release date, the timing would go well with the recent trend adopted by the company in India. As far as the specifications are concerned, it should be pretty clear after the smartphone's release in Malaysia and China.
There is one noteworthy thing about the smartphone. Unlike its Chinese cousin, the Indian smartphone could be equipped with a different chipset. As reported, the China-specific smartphone comes with the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset whereas, the Indian and global versions should come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset with Adreno 810 GPU.
The shift in chipset between two regions is a pretty common practice in the smartphone industry. It all depends on how the company wants to position their phone in each region in addition to optimizing for software and pricing. Given that the Malaysian phone also uses Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, India is likely to get the same global setup.
Performance
The Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 has been spotted on several recently released phones such as the Vivo T5 Pro, OnePlus Nord CE 6, and Motorola Edge 70 Fusion. Thus, it would provide an appropriate reference for potential consumers concerning its performance in practical use.
The CPU is said to ensure great performance in gaming, effective battery usage, and multitasking. In addition, with the help of Adreno 810 graphics processing unit, one will be able to enjoy acceptable frames per second in popular games and enhanced thermal performance when playing for extended periods of time.
Daily use of social media apps, video playback, multitasking, and work will not cause any significant problems.
Battery
However, what stands out the most about the iQOO Z11 is its mammoth 9,020mAh battery. Considering that the majority of smartphones currently available come with batteries of capacities between 5,000mAh and 6,000mAh, the Z11 definitely makes waves.
The mammoth size of the battery gives the smartphone a strong advantage by putting it in the league of some of the best-selling smartphones in terms of providing users ultra long-lasting battery life in the range of less than Rs 30,000. With 90W fast charging, it will not take long to charge such a large battery.
For those who use their phones for gaming, watching movies, participating in online meetings, and surfing through social media sites for hours, the phone can last for one entire day. For power users, this can even translate into almost two days.
It should be noted that the iQOO Z11 comes into competition with the Vivo T5 Pro, which boasts a 9,020mAh battery with 90W fast charging capability.
Display
Another key highlight of this phone is its screen. Reportedly, the iQOO Z11 will have an impressive 6.83-inch AMOLED screen, which would come with an impressive 1260×2800 pixel resolution. But what makes this screen really special is its ultra-smooth 165Hz refresh rate.
A 165Hz refresh rate on any smartphone below Rs 30,000 is very uncommon. Even in this price range, phones mostly offer screens that only go up till a maximum of 120Hz or 144Hz. With the higher refresh rate, there would definitely be a marked improvement in screen animations and performance.
Not only this, but the screen is reportedly capable of reaching up to a brightness of 5,000 nits, ensuring that even outdoors, users won’t face any difficulty viewing anything on their phone. Along with the AMOLED screen, vibrant display quality can also be expected from it.
Camera Setup
Regarding its camera module, it is expected that the iQOO Z11 will have a dual-camera array on the back with a main sensor boasting 50 megapixels and support for 4K video recordings. The second sensor will be at 2 megapixels, probably designed for depth mapping.
It might come as a letdown to many users that the iQOO Z11 will not be equipped with an ultrawide camera, but rather with a dedicated depth-sensing one, which is likely another trade-off done to achieve an affordable price point while delivering superior battery and screen quality.
At the front of the smartphone, it is expected to have a 16-megapixel selfie camera for selfies and videocalls.
Premium Features
Among some of the notable features is the presence of both IP68 and IP69 certification for dust and waterproofing capabilities. Such certifications are not very common in devices of this calibre within this price bracket.
IP68 provides protection against dust ingress and immersion in water, while IP69 provides protection against being sprayed with high-pressure water jets. If you want a device that can handle accidents like spilling liquids on the phone or heavy rains outdoors, then this one might be ideal.
The smartphone has a rather powerful battery yet, according to rumors, has only a thickness of 8.3 millimeters and weighs 213 grams. Although the weight is a little high for a mid-range smartphone, but given the battery, it is quite justified.
Software
The global model of the iQOO Z11 will come with OriginOS 6 running on Android 16. Nevertheless, it is possible that the Indian model will get Funtouch OS as iQOO tends to offer customized versions of software in overseas markets.
The choice of the software can become a critical issue for potential customers considering whether to choose the iQOO Z11 or its competitors. Even though the iQOO user experience has been vastly improved compared to before, customer attitudes remain divided.
Pricing
The international variant of the iQOO Z11 is available starting at MYR 1,599, which translates to about Rs 38,800. But according to some rumored information, it could be priced under Rs 30,000, which would make it highly competitive in India.
If the iQOO company can retain its pricing strategy, then the iQOO Z11 could turn out to be one of the most powerful battery-oriented phones in India. There aren't many smartphones that have such a battery capacity and other features like 165Hz AMOLED screen and high durability certification in this price range.
Currently, the most competitive opponent to the iQOO Z11 seems to be the Vivo T5 Pro. Both phones share the same colossal 9,020mAh battery capacity and fast-charging capability up to 90W. But the iQOO Z11 scores over its competitor through its impressive 165Hz AMOLED display that can potentially draw in gamers and tech enthusiasts.
In the end, it all boils down to cost, software, camera performance, and battery life efficiency. The truth behind the claims made about the Z11 would become evident once the smartphone hits the Indian market.

It looks like iQOO Z11 will become an entirely different mid-range phone than what we have seen before. Rather than relying on a great camera system or an eye-catching design, the company seems to concentrate more on stamina, smooth visuals, and durability of the device. If you care about the longevity of your device more than anything, then the new Z11 may turn out to be the best phone for you in the sub-Rs 30,000 price range.
Given how accurate the rumors are, the company may just create an absolute winner in the competitive Indian market of mid-range devices.
