Realme is further expanding its portfolio in the fiercely competitive budget smartphone segment in India with the launch of the Realme P4 Lite 4G, a smartphone that is designed to deliver long battery life, attractive design, and everyday performance. The latest addition to the Realme family is the fifth smartphone in the P4 series lineup, launched just a month after the launch of the Realme P4 Power, and is designed for those who are looking for a smartphone that delivers performance without burning a hole in their pockets.

Priced aggressively at Rs 9,999, the smartphone is designed to lure first-time smartphone buyers, students, and those who are looking for a secondary smartphone that delivers performance. Despite being an affordable smartphone, Realme has incorporated some impressive features such as a massive battery, AI-driven software upgrades, and an innovative RGB lighting design, which makes it stand out in the budget smartphone segment.
The Realme P4 Lite 4G will be available for purchase starting February 24 through Flipkart, the Realme online store, and offline retail stores in India.
Realme P4 Lite 4G Price in India and Availability
Realme has launched the smartphone in two storage configurations, keeping affordability at the center of its strategy:
4GB RAM + 64GB storage – Rs 9,999
4GB RAM + 128GB storage – Rs 11,999
As part of the first sale offers, buyers can avail:
Rs 1,000 instant discount via coupon
Additional Rs 1,000 bank card discount
This effectively reduces the starting price further, making it one of the most competitively priced smartphones with a large battery in the market.
The device is available in three stylish colour options:
Sea Blue
Beach Gold
Obsidian Black
Eye-Catching Design With RGB Pulse Light
Realme has definitely kept design in mind while designing the P4 Lite 4G. Unlike most budget smartphones, which tend to lack design, the smartphone comes with a wave-pattern textured rear panel, giving it a premium look.
However, the most notable feature of the smartphone is the circular RGB Pulse Light embedded in the rear panel design. The lighting feature of the smartphone makes notifications more interesting, giving the smartphone a unique identity, which is hard to find in this price range. The RGB lighting feature gives the smartphone a young and trendy look, which is most appealing to the younger generation of smartphone users who love their smartphones to be expressive and trendy.
The smartphone, despite having a large battery, is quite slim at 7.94mm and weighs 201 grams.
Performance
Coming to the hardware, the Realme P4 Lite 4G is powered by the Unisoc T7250 SoC, which was recently spotted in entry-level smartphones such as the Tecno Spark Go 3. As per Realme, the SoC has an AnTuTu v10 benchmark of approximately 2,80,000, which is definitely in the entry-level performance segment.
In real-world usage, this translates to smooth handling of everyday tasks such as:
Calling and messaging
Video streaming
Web browsing
Social media usage
Light gaming
While it may not deliver flagship-level gaming performance, the chipset is optimized for efficiency and stable daily operations which aligns well with the phone’s target audience.
GT Mode Brings Gaming Boost
Interestingly, Realme has also included its GT Mode performance optimization feature in this budget smartphone. GT Mode, which was traditionally exclusive to mid-range and high-end Realme smartphones, is designed to optimize system resources to enhance gaming responsiveness.
Realme claims that with GT Mode enabled, the P4 Lite 4G can run popular titles like:
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
Honor of Kings
at 60FPS for up to two hours continuously. This inclusion demonstrates Realme’s effort to deliver a gaming-friendly experience even at an affordable price point.
Massive Battery
One of the biggest highlights of the Realme P4 Lite 4G is its segment-leading 6,300mAh battery, designed to deliver extended usage on a single charge.
The large battery ensures:
All-day heavy usage
Multi-day moderate usage
Long video streaming sessions
Reliable travel performance without frequent charging
The phone supports 15W charging, capable of charging from 0 to 58 percent in about one hour.
Moreover, Realme has also included reverse charging, which enables the device to be used as a power bank and charge other devices at a maximum output of 6W, a feature that is hardly seen in entry-level smartphones.
Smooth Display With Smart Touch Technology
On the front, the smartphone features a 6.74-inch LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, ensuring smoother scrolling and better visual fluidity compared to traditional 60Hz panels.
Key display highlights include:
Up to 563 nits peak brightness
Smooth animations and scrolling
Large viewing area for content consumption
Realme has also introduced Smart Touch technology, which keeps the screen responsive even when used with wet hands or gloves improving usability in real-world conditions.

Regarding calls, the smartphone comes equipped with AI Call Noise Reduction 2.0, which has the ability to filter up to 86 percent of background noise.
Camera Setup
In terms of optics, the Realme P4 Lite 4G features:
13MP rear camera
5MP front selfie camera
While the hardware remains modest, Realme enhances photography using multiple AI-powered imaging tools, including:
AI Eraser
AI Clear Face
AI Image Matting
These features help improve image quality, remove unwanted objects, and enhance portraits showing how AI capabilities are gradually becoming standard even in budget smartphones.

AI Boost performance optimization
AI imaging tools

Realme’s software experience remains one of its strongest advantages, offering a mature UI experience even on affordable hardware.
Starting at Rs 9,999, the Realme P4 Lite 4G focuses heavily on delivering long battery life, stylish design, and practical everyday usability rather than raw performance.
The device is ideal for users who want:
Exceptional battery backup
Modern and eye-catching design
Reliable daily performance
Latest Android version with AI features
Affordable pricing
While the Unisoc T7250 processor may not satisfy hardcore gamers, it offers sufficient power for routine smartphone usage.
With the Realme P4 Lite 4G, Realme is continuing its efforts to introduce flagship-like features in the budget segment. The device comes with an enormous battery of 6,300mAh, RGB Pulse Light, Android 15 operating system, and AI optimization, which makes it an attractive option for those looking for a device that offers value for money and long battery life.
