Samsung is bringing its Galaxy F70 series to India. Furthermore, Samsung has already launched the first phone in the F70 series in India, and sales will begin on February 17th. Yes, I'm talking about the Samsung Galaxy F70e, which is set to be the first phone in the new Galaxy F70 series.

The F70e will be exclusively available on Flipkart, and as I mentioned, the sale of the Samsung Galaxy F70e will begin on February 17, 2026, at 12 PM. Talking about pricing, the phone will come in two variants, one with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, which will cost around ₹12,999, and the other with 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, which will cost up to ₹14,999. However, there will be offers along with the sale, and during those offers, the base model will get a discount of up to ₹500, meaning it will cost ₹12,499, and the top variant will come with a discount of ₹1000, meaning you will get the top variant for ₹13,999.
Talking about the display of Samsung Galaxy F70e, it has a 6.7-inch HD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It also features a waterdrop notch, which feels a bit dated compared to other companies' punch-hole display phones. The back features a leather-patterned finish for a premium feel. The phone is available in two color options: Limelight Green and Spotlight Blue. It also has an IP54 rating and is dust and water resistant.
In terms of performance, this phone will come with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, which is a good chipset for a budget phone, but it won't be able to work in the fastest segment. Speaking of software, it will come with One UI 8, which is based on Android 16. The company will also provide six years of software support, which will be approximately up to Android 22, meaning this is its biggest advantage in the budget segment.
The Samsung Galaxy F70e will come with a dual rear camera setup which includes a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor, while the front camera has an 8MP selfie shooter, meaning it can be said that this phone will come with the best camera hardware in this price range.
This phone is going to last for a long time after charging once because you get a 6000mAh battery in it and also 25W fast charging support. However, many other phones with bigger batteries are also available in the range of Rs 15000 like Realme Narzo 90X, Lava Play Ultra and Moto G57 Power which offers a 7000mAh battery.
Overall, Samsung Galaxy F70e offers a significantly Long-term software updates compared to phones in the affordable price range, which is one of the biggest advantages of buying this phone. It also boasts a large 6000mAh battery and a decent camera. However, you can also consider other phones if you want a bigger battery, a better display, or higher performance.
