Realme is set to rock the mid-range smartphone market in India with the launch of its highly anticipated Realme 15 and Realme 15 Pro on July 24th at 7 PM IST. The Realme 15 Pro, especially, has already generated a lot of buzz due to official teasers and pre-listings on both the Realme website and Flipkart. With verified upgrades in performance, battery capacity, display, and construction, Realme 15 Pro is set to provide serious bang for buck perhaps a launch price of ₹25,000.

The Realme 15 Pro comes as a follow-up to the hit Realme 14 Pro, and the upgrade appears to be big. The phone is officially said to be driven by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor, which delivers improved CPU and GPU performance over the last generation. That should make the device a good performer for gaming, multitasking, and general use.
Perhaps the most hype-generating aspect of the Realme 15 Pro is its behemoth 7,000mAh battery, a major jump over the 6,000mAh+ cell in the Realme 14 Pro. The battery, claims Realme, can support up to 22 hours of YouTube watching and 113 hours of Spotify streaming on a single charge. That's still impressive battery life by flagship standards.
Besides, the phone will feature 80W fast wired charging, a huge increase from the 45W charging capability of its predecessor. This allows users to charge from 0 to a considerable level in mere minutes, which is quite convenient for users on the go.
The Realme 15 Pro will be available in four elegant color options:
Flowing Silver
Silk Purple
Velvet Green
Silk Pink
These premium finishes add a fresh aesthetic appeal, ensuring the phone doesn’t just perform well but also turns heads.
The Realme 15 Pro is equipped with a 4D curve+ AMOLED display, featuring a center-aligned punch-hole cutout and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The specs on paper are absolutely top-notch for a phone in this price segment:
6,500 nits peak brightness
144Hz refresh rate
94% screen-to-body ratio
2500Hz zero-lag touch response

The 6500 nits brightness ensures excellent outdoor visibility, even under harsh sunlight. Meanwhile, the 144Hz refresh rate enables smoother animations and gaming, potentially supporting up to 144 FPS gameplay similar to what we’ve seen in premium gaming phones like the OnePlus Nord 5.
The zero-lag 2500Hz touch response is another standout feature, making the Realme 15 Pro a serious contender for mobile gamers looking for ultra-responsive screens.
Adding to its impressive list of specs, the Realme 15 Pro is indeed confirmed to have an IP69 rating for resistance to water and dust. This is far more uncommon for mid-range phones and typically reserved for rugged or flagship-class devices. With this rating, one can expect the phone to withstand splashes, rain, and even exposure to high-pressure water a welcome perk for thrill-seeking users or users hailing from humid climates.
While the majority of the phone's specifications are already out, Realme has not officially announced the camera hardware. If the company manages to deliver a good camera setup with highlights such as OIS, AI optimisations, and enhanced night mode, the Realme 15 Pro can quite confidently rule the sub-₹25,000 segment.
The Realme 15 Pro should also have a price tag of about ₹25,000, as was the case with the launch price of the Realme 14 Pro. If Realme keeps it at this, it would dramatically undercut rival phones such as the Redmi Note 13 Pro, iQOO Z9 Turbo, and Samsung Galaxy M15 5G all while providing better battery life, display specifications, and build quality.
Based on what's been surfaced so far, the Realme 15 Pro ticks most of the right boxes a scorching-fast Snapdragon SoC, a giant battery with rapid charging, a flagship-grade AMOLED screen, IP69 ruggedness, and a sleek aesthetic. If the camera hardware holds up to promises, this phone has the potential to rewrite the book on what an Indian ₹25,000 smartphone can do.
